Recently, The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People’s Republic of China announced the list of the fourth batch of national specialized, sophisticated, distinctive, and innovative “Little Giant” enterprises that are recommended to be supported. According to the data, the average R&D expenditure on research and development of specialized, sophisticated, distinctive, and innovative “little giant” enterprises take more than 7% of their business income, the average R&D staff accounts for 25% of all employees, and the average number of effective patents is more than 50. All of these promising enterprises play a prominent role in tackling areas of weakness, stepping up efforts in improving advantageous areas, and accumulating strength.
